Here at Geoffrey Field Junior School we understand that for working parents, wraparound care is a valuable addition to the school day.

BREAKFAST CLUB

Our provision starts at 7.30am with Breakfast Club.  This is currently run in-house at the Infant School.  Children can arrive between 7.30am and 7.40am at the main gate to the Infant School on Exbourne Road where they will be met by a member of staff at the side door.  The breakfast served includes fruit juices, a choice of cereals, toast or other breakfast pastries etc. sometimes it is waffles, sometimes pancakes, etc.   The children can then undertake various activities until the children can come into the playground ready for the start of the school day. Children are collected by a member of staff and walked to the Junior School playground at 8:30am.

AFTER-SCHOOL CARE

After-school care is provided by "Funtastic Kids" on site in the WEC Room. 

"Funtastic Kids" pride themselves on having a vibrant approach to childcare and employ friendly and nurturing staff that are dedicated to promoting positive behaviour and helping children grow in confidence.   

Contract and Ad hoc bookings are available.  Ad hoc bookings are subject to spaces being available and therefore, last minute bookings cannot always be accommodated.

HOLIDAY CLUBS

In the long holidays between the terms (Summer Holidays, Christmas and Easter Holidays) U Sports run sessions of HAF Camp.
